I don't believe it only did 854 K buys. My conservative estimate for the Floyd, TBE/Maidana is around 1.4 - 1.6 million buys.

854k is great numbers for any other ppv,, but with the 32 mil guarantee, it is considered bad...

Proof is in the pudding... No matter how big of a star you are, you need a rival with a big name to catapult over a million buys...
Only guy to do true blockbuster numbers with a subpar opponent is Tyson with Mcneely but that was a comeback fight...

all the huge blockbuster fights involve 2 Huge names... guys like maidana, bradley, etc just arent the draw that mosely, cotto, canelo, oscar are...

The only guy left that floyd hasnt fought that will bring true blockbuster numbers is manny pac....

If Floyd and PAC are getting 800-900k, you can expect these next PPV's to be under 400k.

Could be 400k next, coz if showtime did 850k half of that is from the stacked undercards. That gives Floyd a solid 450ppv buys from the 850ppv.

So add the dip in his non stellar performance. 400k for his next fight is spot on.
