Yeah, bad style matchup..., Shane might not have had the legs to keep,pace with Floyd or manny, but Shane could still crack, and margs is impossible to miss.. If Shane can hit you consistently, he is going to stop you.. Vargas, and margs are examples.. Margs was just walking into Shane's power, and Shane didn't have to work at all to setup and find openings for shots.. He could just sit back and let his hands go...


And I also think the cotto fight took a lot out if margs... People always look at the loser in a war as damaged goods but sometimes the winner also is never the same... Much like hagler after the hearns win, I don't think Marvin was ever the same after that war, much like margs after cotto

I wasn't watching boxing during his time but I've seen a few of his fights, terrific engine and chin great heart too, a true warrior.

He was accused of loading his wraps but I think he was innocent, because there was no actual plaster in those wraps, just two very common elements.

I think his head was in the wrong place after brotha Naz probably went off on some kind of exaggerated rambling accusing him of loading his wraps before the fight with Mosley..

Now I've done some research on Mosley who i've found out is a convicted juicer, and have heard that there was no testing for their fight Mosley definitely showed crazy stamina in this fight against Margarito.
