I hate it but I'm my own worst enemy....I drink too much beer. I went out last night and ran over 7 miles or so and sprinted the last 0.5 miles and this morning, I was leaned out pretty well. I don't care what anyone says, you put in the miles, the weight will come off......eventually, lol.
