with the extension would be 7 mill, but he don't want the extension period.

Bob Arum and his snake tactics didnt work this time. Chavez knows what he wants and isnt going to get tricked or talked into it.

Im glad some fighters demand a decent share of revenues. Most of them should do the same. If the price is not good they should refuse to fight. Im glad for him

            Phuck!!

This is why I hate promoters.. they don't fight! they don't do siht but talk! Why are they so freaking greedy!!! Boxers put their health at risk, go thru gruesome training camps, dedicate to please the fans... and they're getting shorted by greedy fat chumps like arum and company.. I got an idea.. see who agrees with me..

            1. HBO/Showtime need to get rid of middlemen (promoters)...
            2. Deal directly on the table with boxers & advisors/managers and basically say "Chavez and GGG there's 10million for your fight! you guys don't leave the room until you alone have decided your split!"
            3. If it's PPV? Let them decide that too!
            4. Tv networks will deduct a promotional fees from total revenue.
            5. Get rid of interim, and other fake belts.. and just go to a monetary system.. i.e. Champ is worth $100,000, #1 contender is worth $80,000.. so you don't have has beens with names getting paid to fight champs.. if a champs wants to get paid? he's got to face the best... the only thing is that if an organization wants to rank unworthy people (which they already do) the fans will be screwed.
            6. SHOW ALL REVENUE!!! ALL NUMBERS!! THAT WAY EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT EVERYONE IS MAKING AND THERE'S NOBODY GETTING SHORTED!!

At the end of the day, what do you (boxing fans) get after this?
              Absolutely nothing.

Wasn't it, in part, Arum's "snake tactics" that got Junior's $900,000 fine down to $100,000 after he tested dirty for the Martinez fight?

I think cause the fine goes to the purse.. and therefore into his %.. so he had to..

If He sold 600K PPV houses More than many of the top boxers, so I think he deserves more wether he has skills or not.....he has the leverage to ask for more money and Bob knows this.

The definition of this move as a fighter is skepticism. Fat boy party animal isn't sure he can take GGG. And if he watched his sparring session with GGG on you tube he would come to that conclusion as well.
