A very slow Marquez can cause many problems with Manny. Armstrong would without a doubt cause problems.

They fought more frequently back then but did not spar a lot.
Armstrong and Pacquiao are both very well conditioned it doesn't matter what era they were in.
Armstrong was at the top of the tree in his era just like Pacquiao is for his (especially in his prime)
