he doesn't want to rematch a guy that he beat controversially so yes he is ducking. why not have a rematch? surely fighting guys like herrera and whoever his next cherry pick will be aren't as good as fighting the best guy in the division right? sneaking a win over a guy you blinded and fouled over and over isn't good enough for me. i suppose your fantasy knowledge is greater than mine and you know garcia would win again even though he barely won the first fight against a half blind guy who he low-blowed more than golota, and scored a fake knockdown against.

Garcia clearly beat Matthysse fair and square. Garcia busted Luca's face, his eye was about to pop out and he knocked him down to the canvas via punch to the head. Why in the world would the champion give the challenger another rematch? Why? Garcia won the fight via unanimous decision. The scores weren't even close.

Matthysse is just butt hurt cause Garcia took him to school and made him look mediocre. Garcia never looked hurt in the entire fight. Garcia's face didn't even had a scratch. I heard Garcia even went clubbing VIP after the fight while Matthysse was getting his head examined inside an MRI machine lol lol lol

Look Danny is the 140 lb. Kingpin and nobody calls shots for him.. To kill two birds/haters with 1 stone I would like to see Matthysse Vs. I agree, Garcia whooped that arse. If anybody deserves a rematch with Danny it's Herrera, Matthysse needs to get to the back of the line.

I want the rematch for sure. With some good officiating and no excessive low blows Matthysse makes it happen. Now, no lie, Herrera whips Garcia all day, everyday! BECAUSE HE CAN'T ADJUST.

Matthysse learned something from his fight with Garcia. He also saw something when Herrera gave "Swift" hell, and embarassed him during his "homecoming" fight. Garcia depends too heavily on the check left hook counter. Herrera out-worked Danny, and took away his left counter, nearly scoring the upset. Matthysse tried to do that, but got caught by that weird, raking short right on his right eye, which blew up. Garcia has to become a more complete fighter, if he wants to stay on top.
