it was when he was 18, that's much more excusable than if he were 23. It's still kinda ****ed up, I'd say 15 is the cutoff for an 18 year-old. Even so, I myself am willing to look the other way on this one just because he was so young when it happened.

Here are my two cents...Its very hard for an 18 year old to think straight under this situations...People here are comical saying things like rapist,or pedophile or bashing the people here somewhat defending him..Here is the thing,its called statuory **** since and adult had sex with an underage person,but this wasnt a forced ****d.Was the girl a ******?..Was molina supposed to ask for id?he can always claim his friends gf told him she was her older sister..I mean,in no way i condone **** or underage sex,but people here are going nuts like if it was a 60 year old having sex with a little girl..I am willing to bet hard money that if there is a picture of this two together,they either look same age or the girl looks older...My question its where were the girls parents?..Why people here thinks prosecutors let him pretty much off the hook?.Simple..They would drag the girl into court and the defense might hurt her reputation more than whatever just happened..Have you guys watched "a time to kill"?..The prosecutor accuses a witness of being a rapist since he had sex with an underage girl..The defense showed a fact that she was 15 and he was 18,they had 3 kids and had been married for over 40 years..See,things can get twisted quite fast...Btw,this is my humble opinion,I dont think he is a predator,How many victims have come forward?..It happened 8 years ago,so more victims would of come out by now.

In the parts of Mexico that I have been it is normal for 18-21year olds and older to date women who are under 18. I have seen it with my own eyes. I was like wait it's not illegal.
