I hope GGG still moves up to 168. I don't want to see this guy fight anybody at 160 really. The only fight I'd watch GGG at 160 is vs Martinez but Im getting the feeling he's gonna retire after the Cotto bout. IMO he should face Bika or someone of that stature at 168. Him and Ward need to start campaigning towards each other. That's a fight that can make both their careers.

just as I predicted, the fight wasn't gonna happen. There was ALWAYS going to be an excuse from the Chavez camp. All smoke, they NEVER wanted GGG!!

I'd love to see GGG vs Ward, but I can understand why they wanna wait (also why HBO might be reluctant - either way could hurt the earning potential of one of their few stars) - with only 4 main****** US fights behind him, a loss at this point could undo most of the effort they've put into building Golovkin. He needs to establish himself with a win over a major opponent or two before taking on Ward IMO.

WRT Jr - I guess he has to do what's best for him, but it's it's hard to see what he's gonna do in terms of a bigger money fight than GGG in the near future - furthermore 18 months down the line he's gonna be nearly 30 and no longer a young fighter. He also comes accross as a guy whos fighting career ain't gonna stretch out too far - the lack of discipline, excessive draining and bulking between fights ain't conducive to a career lasting into his late 30s.

Chavez is the A side no doubt. You know majority will be Mexicans buying it for Chavez and he's already been on ppv. For arum to want to give them the same money is ****** and obviously he won't accept it. *** arum
