Maidana has wins over Broner, Josesito Lopez, Soto Karass, Erik Morales, Victor Ortiz, Cayo, and Chop Chop.

Rios has a win over Alvarado...and a DQ win over Anthony Peterson.

Does anything more need to be said?

One is a faded formerly decent lightweight. The other is a decent to good welter. Next question.

One has the power to KO Pacquiao, The other one doesn't.

I would say Rios is a better inside fighter than Chino. Chino is much better defensively and is more aggressive and stronger than Rios.

Rios would be beat easily by Mayweather, while Chino presents more problems.
