sounds like duran is still bitter about tapping out in the 2nd fight. it's funny how duran feels the fighter with a style similar to his won the fight and the fighter with the style similar to the man that made him quit is the loser. I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I just expected more from a legend like duran. I guess that's what I get for hoping people can separate their personal feelings from the fight and call it without bias.
This idiot didn't watch the fight apparently.

ATG has spoken and speaking from first hand experience.

Maidana vs Mayweather is a watered down version of Duran vs Leonard.

When will fighters learn to fight their fight, Leonard learned in the first Duran fight, Mayweather should have learned in the Cotto fight.

Rigondeaux tells you, he is who he is.

Mayweather also bragged about how he was going to go toe-to-toe against Baldomir, De La Hoya and Guerrero - what happened in those fights?

He beat the **** out of Guerrero btw, but he def didn't stand toe to toe against Baldomir. He was against the ropes at times against DLH but coke head couldn't land nothing.

He didn't stand toe-to-toe with Guerrero; he used more lateral movement in that one fight than he'd used in his previous four fights combined and nailed him with single lead rights for the entire fight. A dull, tedious sparring match and nothing else.

I think he just took offense to srl, sticking his chin out, shuffling, and windmilling, and just said da hell with it...lol...it was an even fight up to that point though
