Floyd and his dirty elbows ALL night long and Tony didn't think about calling a foul on him.

This elbow thing is being exaggerated. He doesn't have to drop his guard because his opponent is bulling in with his head. If his opponent runs his face into his forearm because he's coming in with reckless abandon that doesn't equal to Mayweather "throwing" an elbow. Sometimes Mayweather does use his forearm to push off when he is being held and there a lot of those moments in the fight but it wasn't anything more than any other fighter would do in the same situation. Or else he would get pummeled. There are always some tactics that are outside of the rules that most if not all fighters will employ at certain moments during a fight. But what Maidana was allowed to get away with was excessive. And there is a huge difference between shots that stray or things done in the heat of the moment but when a fighter is repeatedly throwing illegal shots intentionally then that is when it's time for the referee to do his job.

I use to think Tony Weak was a pretty good ref, but it's obvious he's for sell, on the take and up for the highest bidder. He was definitely paid off.

            it was funny as hell.
You watch boxing to see "funny as hell"? I think you might only be amused by such a spectacle because of your disdain for Mayweather. People don't pay to see that kind of stuff in a boxing match. Maidana made the fight more competitive but he didn't make it more fun to watch. The two don't always go hand in hand. And if you're being tackled threw the ropes of a boxing ring and you're wearing boxing gloves how else are you going to keep yourself from falling completely out of the ring other than holding on to whatever you can? Maidana's neck was probably the best option.

That's why I don't think Maidana deserves a rematch. If I was Floyd I would say I gave you your opportunity and I'm not giving second one.

Often Maidana retaliated. If Floyd would elbow or put Maidana into a head-lock, Maidana would return the favor with a trick of his own.

Now I'm sure that we can make up a decent video of Floyd's dirty tactics..... difference is that Floyd is more often more subtle about it but he does it too.

                      Floyd has:
                      - elbowed
                      - forearmed
                      - excessive clinching
                      - borderline below the belt / hip area shots
                      - punched on the break
                      - sucker punched in an unsporstman-like manner. Not only to Ortiz but also to Mosley, Gatti ,......
                      - head-lock
                      - push down on his opponent with his weight.
                      - held with one arm and punched with the other

and then Floyd also does this:
                      - tells a KO artist to come fight with pillow gloves. Pays opponent off to get an advantage.
                      - CWs where both fighters have a title in the same division
                      - comes in above the contracted weight and pays off the opponent to get the advantage
