It's stunted since many at WW wont be fighting each other, like how the CW division has become.

Yes. And the most popular with the two P4P kings fighting there. That helps bring attention. But there is no denying the division is stacked with tremendous talent.

Not only that but the new contenders aren't either. There's the HBO/Showtime split, and then the split within Showtime itself. Ridiculous.
