cmon man, you know this was the best khan you saw and then you see his other big wins, when he wasn't really fully fit and ready at 140. you have to put him ahead of those two. Adrian broner beats guys like molina and he is great but when he steps up, its a different level and khan has proven he belongs.

Good point. You can easily swap either one for the other. But you have to remember. Porter's not really a pressure fighter, starting off. He pressured Alexander AFTER he caught him. He pressured Paulie, because Paulie has absolutely no power at all. He likes to start out boxing, and at range. And his hand speed and power are nowhere close to Thurman's, imo.

Another thing you have to realize with Thurman and Porter. Thurman can land the KO shot while backing up. I've never seen Porter fight that well or even hurt his opponent while backing up. What happens when Floyd lands a nice right hand that stings Porter, and he reverts to back peddling and resetting?

That's just one less thing Floyd can exploit Thurman with.

That's why I'd give Thurman the edge.

More like top 5 or 6.....

          1.) Floyd Mayweather

          2.) Manny Pacquiao

          3.) Tim Bradley

          4.) Shawn Porter

          5.) Keith Thurman

          6.) Kell Brook

My list stops here. I based my list on opposition faced and time at the weight. I think Khan would be 10 on that list but he needs to fight one of these guys before he deserves the Mayweather fight.

Also, how many times have we seen Thurman punch WITH his opponent, and with awkward punches? I haven't seen that with Porter. More like, punch you or play defense.

I'm not going to deny that khan looked great vs collazo. He looked the best I have seen him in awhile.. Khan is world class, but his welter resume has collazo and that's it.. That performance was good enough to be ranked top 10, but he needs at least another big win to rise any further
