At this stage i'm convinced the Top Rank boat will be sinking soon. Who can save them? Oscar im assuming. But if Rigo leaves that's another belt holder gone into the wind to do better things.

Good. His situation is awful. I would love to see him fight 3 times a year.

Golden Boy, this is a no brainer. Rigo needs to get some big money fights now, while he's still got a little prime left. He ain't no young guy who has time to fool around and take time off, etc... GB can set him up to get to a big money fight the fastest

The exodus continues! TR is about to be Manny Pacquiao Promotions, because that's all they'll have, without Rigo, Gamboa, Mikey Garcia, and JCC Jr.

What makes me think that is the fights GBP have gotten Lara. Yes, Golden Boy has been vocal that Lara is a tough sell, but they have gotten him fights with Paul Williams, Angulo, Trout and are now giving him a shot at their Mexican cash cow. If Rigo linked up with Al Haymon that would greatly benefit his career.

Good post. Schaefer has said some unkind things about Lara, but the proof is in the putting: they've gotten Landy fights.

It's anyone's guess what road Rigo's career will take; but, if I were him, I'd be happy to take my chances without Arum. At least Guille has Hyde in his corner. Gary appreciates his fighter and it shows.

I'm not saying Rigo should stay with TR but like I said, what makes you think he will get Santa Cruz or Mares? If the split does happen he isn't getting Santa Cruz (unless he goes with Haymon). And supposedly Lara got Canelo cause Canelo has some say in who he fights. Something I doubt Mares and Santa Cruz can do.
