If u think floyd boxed on saturday u needa go back watch the canelo fight cuz that is floyd boxing he fought on saturday which every one of u haterz have been beggin for an he did it against a true power brawler and STILL won fighting danas fight and he won CLEARLY so i hope he does the rematch to shut all u dumba**es up who know nothing bout BOXING not fighting not brawling BOXING the sport!!!!!!!!
Floyd wins 10 outta 12 rounds easy next time but watch after he does that itll be some other reason or excuse or another fighter he was duckin to fight dana again lol thats haterz for u tho!!!!!!Comment

In the pre fight conference, Floyd clearly stated this fight will not be like Canelo or Guerrero, that it will be more exciting.

Floyd fights in an exciting way, staying in front of Maidana for the most part, in a tough, exciting fight.
"He fought like that cause he had to, not cause he wanted to."

I can see a rematch happening, and I can see Floyd holding the center of the ring a lot more, he did that especially in the last 6 rounds and that's where he had most of his success.
I watched the fight again a second time and still had Mayweather winning the fight, I thought Maidana did much better than expected and gained a lot of peoples respect and made a competitive fight, but Mayweather still won the majority of rounds IMO.
There was something wrong with Mayweather that night though, he just didn't look the same, when I first watched it I was thinking he just didn't want it, I thought he just wanted his payday and go home. Maybe I'm wrong though, maybe hes aging, or the fact that Maidana had no respect for him and was willing to be in his face all night through him off.
I don't really care for a rematch that much to be honest, but it looks like that's what the fans will demand next.Comment

They just don't want to give this man no props. I think it was more impressive for Floyd to fight the bigger stronger man through all the fouls. People just want to see Mayweather lose. See, I don't want to hear about this Miss Jackson crap. The clown should have thought about this stuff before he filled her up with his DNA. They aren't married. He's not married to his kids mother either. Dude needs to get credible. He's acting the part of some Brutha from the hood continually making like decisions like that. You have too much on the line to jeopardize. So if drama from her messed with his head then so what. Floyd is quickly on his way out. Physically he can't hold up. Had Cotto and Mosley been 10 years younger they would have finished Floyd off in each of their fights. Had Victor Ortiz not got ******, his fight would have looked like Maidana's. This is another reason Floyd won't fight Pacquaio. Because manny throws a lot of punches, and has a motor that will run all night.Comment
