After the fight, with beers, music, friends : Maidana won, robbery!!, rematch!!.

Watched the fight two more times with clear head, no noise, focusing on clean effective legal punches: Floyd won easy, 117-111. Maidana did nothing but be a dirty **** in there. Floyd picked him apart with accurate laser like counters, and it didn't hurt since Maidana weighed 165. I see no case for a rematch, Floyd washed him up, but seemed ''close'' because he was flat footed.

Maidana did nothing, rabbit punching, thigh/shoulder/elbow/hip punches don't score point. Floyd washed him. But if dumb fans keep asking for it, he'll just cash in on a pointless rematch and triple what he made.

Maidana has an awkward style in which he throws punches from odd angles and at odd times. He was pouring that style on in volume and combining it with pressure. At times he would come forward without sending out shots, his feints and approach driving Mayweather to the ropes. Sometimes he***8217;d walk through Mayweather***8217;s shots to end up at the same destination.

Now I know why Floyd do not want a piece of Pac. If Maidana's awkward offensive style gave Floyd fits, what more w/ Pac's. Adding more w/ a speed, power, relentless pressure, combinations, volume punching w/ the stamina of a 15 rounder match. Plus Pac has great footwok than Maidana. Now, May/Pac fight only in our dream. the chance to make it a reality is now closer to impossible.
Pac won't have that 20lbs weight advantage to hold Mayweather against the ropes and perform WWE moves.

I still find it hilarious how people think Mayweather is done after one tough fight. Dude had 2 flawless fights with Guerrero and Canelo but one fight with Maidana and now he is old? Maidana is a dirty fighter period. I can understand Maidana wanting to win bad but dude took it to the streets. He had like 17LBs on Mayweather, hitting behind the head, low blowing, kneeing, headbutting and all of a sudden Mayweather is all beatable? The thing people should look at is Maidana tried everything in his power to get the W but still didn't get it. Says a lot about the durability of Mayweather. Another subject to touch on his Pacquiao's fans saying since Maidana gave Floyd problems with his aggression then Manny will? Since when has Manny been as big or aggressive as Maidana? Manny doesn't even hit as hard as Maidana.

There's no way Manny has EVER pushed any fighter around and got dirty like Maidana did against Floyd. Always trying to get Manny some props but sorry to break it to you, but he fights nothing like Maidana. The glove excuse is killing me also. If Maidana was as good as people are making him out to be after the fight then the gloves would have been no difference because if he did win then no one would be saying anything about the gloves. Floyd has everyone really wanting him to lose but unless he goes up in weight to fight Martinez or someone at MW, he ain't going to.

Floyd got roughed up no doubt but it didn't have nothing to do with skills but more the less foul play. Maidana was desperate for the W. I give him props for coming in to win but not giving him more props then Mayweather for the win. Maidana went in trying to maim Floyd for real. Says a lot about how good Mayweather is that fighters got to resort to dirty tactics.

Pac probably wouldn't beat Marcos and doesn't stand a chance against Floyd..Just stop it..

Mayweather doesn't fight like a man he just sticks to the ropes and hides in a turtle shell like a ***** but the thing is he was being hit plenty of times during that fight.

              44-2

Floyd is scared and is possibly one of the most protected overrated fighter of our era, Pacquiao fights all challengers doesn't duck anyone this is why he has losses on his record that and he doesn't have the silver spoon treatment of a Fraud Cheatweather.

I had Maidana winning the first half of the fight with his aggressive approach. He roughed Mayweather up and did land some thudding shots. Mayweather is tough though, and took Maidana's shots well. Floyd adjusted mid-way through, and landed some of his signature shots, particularly in the 9th round, when Maidana landed only 11 shots, probably as his stamina began to wane. I agree with the judge who ruled the fight a draw @ 114-114. The 116-112 was a little off, but the 117-111 was utter BS.

I noticed during the weigh-in that Maidana was soft around the middle. Mayweather targeted this area, and it gave El Chino a little trouble. Maidana spent most of his training camp at home in Argentina, as he awaited the birth of his daughter. Too bad Garcia and Ariza couldn't make it there to train him during this time. Though he trained while in Argentina, I don't think he trained to the fullest extent, which showed at the weigh-in, and during the latter part of the fight.

He is old bro, go back and watch the Baldomir fight and then watch the Maidana fight again, you'll see that he has regressed a lot in the past few years.
