Greed is in their blood, Collazo was there for the taking walking forward hands down, chin up, they had done their home work.Sick of hearing how well Khan did and is ready for the Floyd payday. Fight a TOP contender now ....I'll bet he doesn't , this lot really are the Con's!
Amir Khan immediately shifted his focus towards Floyd Mayweather after earning a lopsided decision victory over the dangerous Luis Collazo. Many observers feared Khan had bitten off more than he could chew by agreeing to face former world champion and veteran welterweight campaigner Collazo on his bow in the 147lb division.
Yet the Bolton fighter - whose last bout was in April 2013, when he struggled badly against the lightly regarded Julio Diaz - showed his class in Las Vegas by knocking down the rugged southpaw three times en route to a unanimous decision victory.

This guy just doesn't know when to shut his yap. I 'll admit I though Collazo was going to put up more of a fight with Khan edging it out. But Khan almost made it easy even though it looked like he got shook a bit in one of the late rounds but props to him 'cos I did see some improvement especially on the defensive side. But beating Collazo doesn't make you a world beater all of a sudden afterall Collazo is a guy who has been a journeyman all his career and never won a big fight so Khan beating him doesn't necessarily lead him directly to Floyd. I think he needs two more fights at welterweight and if am not mistaken, a Thurman, Porter or a Soto Karras would be available for him after Ramadan. Beat two of those guys in succession, then you can lay claim to been next in line.
BUT,BUT any one of the top contenders would, but, but your'e right....cause he won't fight them, but,but seems you didn't do any home work.
stick with Groves youv'e much more of a chance
Floyd wasn't outboxed, he was mugged, lowblows, headbutts, and a knee and a 17 pound weight advantage (148 to 165 ).
As a Floyd fan, you are just seeing one part of the story. How convenient.
How about the excessive clinching by Floyd? As usual, the referee never even warned him about it, and it was worthy of point deductions, because Floyd did it EVERY SINGLE TIME Maidana was beginning to hurt him seriously. Many fighters start making the fight dirty, with low blows and others, when they feel frustrated by excessive clinching/holding, and a referee that does nothing but only separate them, yet never deducts points from the offender, in this case Floyd. So Maidana wasn't the only dirty/tricky one in the fight, he traded excessive clinching for low blows and a few cheap shots. But Floyd threw lots of cheap shots as well not to mention his trademark illegal use of elbows.
Until this past weekend, I thought Khan was delusional about a Mayweather bout. Now, after beating Collazo down, I think he's a formidable foe. GBP is loaded at 140-147!
beating collazo means hes a formidable opponent for Floyd now? smh
