[As for the Morales rubber match, Khan said he was informed that Top Rank promoter Bob Arum has backed down on pushing for a weight limit of 132 pounds.

"Manny told us he’ll fight Morales again only at 130," said Khan. "So we put it clearly to Arum that if they want a third fight, Morales must agree to 130 or else no fight. I was told Arum has retracted his condition for a 132-pound limit."

Khan said the third bout might be postponed to November depending on how quickly Morales recovers from the injuries he sustained in the Pacquiao rematch.

"We’re ready to go for September but we’re waiting on Morales," said Khan. "We hear his nose and cheekbone are still healing."
Finally, Arum stops pushing for the 132 lb catch weight. And postponing the fight fr november??? lol... i say manny gets past Larios and Barrera win or lose against chavez, Pacquiao-Barrera 2 on August or September!

Well he'll look desperate and ****** if he'll push for that 132 lb weight because it's not the one in the contract.

Good then, Team PAC is ready and rairi'n to go.

I hate to say it but it doesn't matter anyway. This fight is retirement money for Morales because he is out of his depth whether he fights Pacquiao at 130 or 135 or anywhere inbetween.

Morales is making a fight at a weight he can't reach without killing himself, and may have to postpone even though it's ten months away because of sustained injury...sounds like Pac has an easy win coming his way.

Now all those naysayers who said PAC didn't damage EM that much, where are they now? Guys like morancito and company? Where are you now?

let this be another lesson to naysayers. EM is taking months to heal himself, PAC DESTROYED EM, and that's just it. Broken eye sockets, cheekbones, ribs and bones is a damaged fighter. I hope EM doesn't carry those injuried for life.

Back to my point. It is lame for EM's camp to demand a rematch at 132. An agreement has been reached at 130 and signed by the parties. All EM has to do is comply with it.

In my mind, the third fight will be a rather easier bout for PAC. He can refine his skills more and hone his sharpness even better. EM won't be bringing anything new to the table. PAC on the other hand, is still peaking and learning new killer moves. The Manile Ice will just get better and better, hopefully even as good or better than the left hand.

If the bout is postponed to November, it's good news all around.

De La Hoya wants that Sept. 16 Mexican Independence Weekend date and Arum was trying to finalize Pac-Morales III for that date first, forcing HBO to make a call and also destroying any hopes of a De La Hoya-Mayweather fight for that date. Now, if Pac-Morales III goes to November, we still may get DLH-PBF on Sept. 16...or at least DLH-Winky...

Morales, Barrera, Larios, whoever... I don't see Morales having enough left in the ol' tank, and I think Manny's got him figured out. Pacquiao's style makes it very hard for me to see Barrera improving over the first fight, and I think Chavez will beat him because of that same reason. Larios isn't big enough to beat Pacman, unless Manny takes him way too lightly. Pacquiao should dominate the division for years to come, and I look for him to get redemption if he faces Marquez again. Pacquiao's biggest challenge would be to move up to 135, but that would be a mistake. He's just not big enough to take on the larger Lightweights, so he might as well stick around and build his legacy at 130.
