Even my woman Who DOESN'T really watch boxing, says some good pointers... 1. If Mayweather was such an EXCITING FIGHTER TO WATCH, where are his highlights? Like how there was a Vote on Maidiana's best moment... where was Mayweather's? ... NO HIGHLIGHTS, because he is BORING.. 2. Let's for a second believe that Mayweather wanted to go toe to toe with Maidana for the fans like he said "I did it for the fans" ... is that why he made a BIG DEAL out of the MX EVERLAST gloves? I get the first ones were worn too much and were custom made ... but what was the excuse for the EVERLAST MX gloves or even the Reyes gloves that Pacquaio wears? he said no to those two other gloves also. Is it Maidana's fault that he likes to punch people and has no hand injuries so he prefers a punchers glove? Is it Maidana's fault that Mayweather wears pillows to protect his injured illegal injected hands? Mayweather can wear pillows because he's not a knockout artist he's just a defensive fighter, run and block, run and block, and touch..

Lets add other Latinos, Asians and East Europeans to the mix. Heck, Italians are real tough too. I also hopes Mayweather retires or injures himself.

I agree. I don't know if it was Maidana's awkwardness and Floyd just having a very off night early, though it's probably a combination. Floyd looked horrible early. He was looking like Broner. Made the same mistake Broner did, stood there and didn't throw and allowed himself to be backed up to the ropes. Would have been better served with Roger for this particular fight. He would have been imploring Floyd to back Maidana up.

Maidana gets props but you guys keep ignoring that Floyd was saying before the fight that he was gonna be right in front of Marcos and go for the ko. You really think Floyd couldnt box circles around marcos? He'll most of you were saying this is a cherry pick and Marcos has no shot

I think he can, and if they rematch he probably will, but he couldn't box circles around him in the fight that just occurred. If he could have he would have. Stop embarrassing yourself.

If they rematch and Floyd didn't just get old overnight i expect a more dominating win next time. Counter punchers do better in rematches.

Would have been more risky for Floyd imo, his old man gave him the right advice and work the body, it was not a comfortable win a few swing rounds which would obviously go to Floyd anyway. Very close fight, either man could win or a draw and it would still be reasonable.
