Although Maidana is better than I thought, I would also say I saw some definite slippage from Floyd for the first time. I saw decline in speed against Canelo but he was so good in the fight I didn't pay that much attention, but I think you'll see more from here on out. I don't think we will see the consistency any more. I think Floyd is similar to BHOP in the sense that he could go on at the very highest level and still produce great performances well into his 40's if he wanted to, but the invincibility is going, and I think if you get a fighter who is quick on his feet with quick hands, athletic with good power, Floyd could potentially come up against his Jermain Taylor. Although not sure if there is a fighter out there like that, maybe Khan? Doubt it.

As for Maidana, he must of learnt lots in that fight and will be full of confidence after that performance, I can see him kicking on and producing some great performances at 147.
