Rather use money for useful things. I'll watch it anyway but not dumb enough to pay $75 for this farce. But it's okay for you to buy useless things.

I'm expecting another masterclass from Floyd, but I had to respond to Ryan Burton's comment, "If Canelo Alvarez didn't have too much success, I can't see Maidana having any."

Styles make fights and Canelo Alvarez is a very poor comp for Maidana. Canelo has never displayed the aggressive style that a lot of people for some reason believed he was going to flip on like a switch when he entered the right against Mayweather.

Maidana lacks many of Canelo's best attributes. Maidana is a lot smaller than Canelo and isn't as technically skilled (although his awkward style might arguably make up for that). What Maidana does have that Canelo doesn't, however, is aggression.

If (and that's a huge, huge if) Maidana has any success against Floyd whatsoever, it's going to come from his willingness and ability to fight the kind of fight that Canelo wasn't willing and prepared to fight. That in and of itself almost certainly won't be enough, and should actually create openings for Floyd that he wasn't going to get out of Canelo.

For that reason, I wouldn't be at all surprised if there were more exciting moments in the ring tonight than there were in the Canelo fight. Same likely outcome (an easy W for Floyd) but ironically more **** for the buck for fans than the most hyped PPV ever.

It's one thing to hope for a Maidana win but to actually predict one against fmj? KO?? You guys lost your mind. Love Chino. Man is a throw-back, straight up G but he is going to be humbled tonight and, unfortunately, possibly embarrassed in the process

Anytime I see 10-1 odds or stuff similar to that I can't help but think in the back of my mind that someone somewhere is sitting around plotting to get rich. We saw the one crazy scorecard in the Canelo fight..i'm not sure i'd feel comfortable putting my money on either man. Boxing is a funny business that boils down to dollars at the end of the day. I've had a funny feeling about this fight since the 5 to 1 odds earlier in the month, now at 10 plus to 1 odds..i'm even more skeptical. Good luck to both men hope the fight gets reffed and scored appropriately. May the better man win.

Butthurt?? LOL. If you need to save $75 for other things, you are struggling financially lol. I'll be watching this in HD with my Maidana shirt just enjoying this great night of boxing. While you struggle in the darkness of your room with cheap lagging streams refreshing your browser all night long in the nude lol.

maidana hasn't worked enough on his stamina so it can't keep up with his fighting style.

that's not a criticism. stamina is notoriously hard to develop.

but when you're fighting floyd the way maidana will, and he's making you move for the whole fight, you're going to need stamina. i just don't see maidana being able to keep up.
