The gate is the 3rd highest of all time. People will be there in droves, just like they were for Broner vs Maidana. The PPV #'s will be from 900k-1.2m.

People love this doom and gloom ****. People were literally saying the same **** against Canelo, CANELO.

It's higher than the gate for Mayweather-Hatton but i guarantee there was more people in Vegas for that fight. 30k Brits went over for the fight.

Wouldn't be surprising. An 18-1 fight is an 18-1 fight, regardless if Money May is fighting or not.

Its a Cinco De Mayo card with 2 Mexicans, who are neither top 10 fighters or the A-sides in their fights buried on the undercard.

That's what's throwing some people off. everyone keeps hearing about record breaking #'s but it seems like the atmosphere is dead.

It was the total opposite for the Canelo fight. Vegas had crazy energy two weeks prior to the fight. Vegas was buzzing those whole two weeks.

Broner and Maidana was not in vegas so I don't have a point of reference.

Canelo vs May was the biggest money fight of all time. Of course the buzz was twice as much. The numbers will show that too. Does that make May vs Maidana small time? No....

I replied to you're original response saying people were saying the same thing about Canelo fight. What you posted was nowhere to be true. Nobody complained about vegas having low foot traffic.

Undoubtedly someone said there was no buzz on this forum. They do it for every fight. This is nothing new.
