Not Much foot traffic at MGM

My buddy has been in Vegas since Wed. and told me that the strip doesn't seem to have the same buzz during fight week (not much action at MGM). Can anyone over at Vegas confirm this?

That's what's throwing some people off. everyone keeps hearing about record breaking #'s but it seems like the atmosphere is dead.

It was the total opposite for the Canelo fight. Vegas had crazy energy two weeks prior to the fight. Vegas was buzzing those whole two weeks.

Broner and Maidana was not in vegas so I don't have a point of reference.
