No you won't. I'll be there, and probably at least a couple of the Cuban Crew from Boxingscene, too...maybe even some others. The Convention Center is right near South Beach...party central.

PS: This fight isn't in Miami. It's in Miami Beach, which is different. The Convention Center, BTW, is the site of Ali-Liston I. Rances might not "shake up the world," but I believe he's gonna shake up Mendez. Iol

Bro, honestly, you're too young to be asking this question. lol Back in the day, I literally knew at least one place to party for every night of the week, Sunday-Monday. There are plenty of places on South Beach for us to hang and throw back a few drinks, if not party.

Shit, if Fernandez pitches that week, I'll knock out two birds with one stone and catch him at Marlins Park.

I agree, the fight would've been better on a weekend. Doesn't hurt me personally, though. If the stars align, I'm definitely down to watch Fernandez mow down some hapless opponents at Marlins Park.

Let's just say, for me, times have changed and the kid has changed me... Somewhat. Lol

If I have a job by then, depending on schedule, I might have to make the drive there then back on the same night. It's a 5 hour drive for me.
