It really is. I know the other so called 'top' contenders are not exactly screaming at the chance of fighting Wlad other than maybe Tyson Fury.
But there's simply no excuse for these 'defences' especially as most of them were voluntary.

Did Leapai land 10 punches?? Didn't see a single one landed. Maybe one or two jabs to the chest but that was about it.
He was just so awful it was unreal. To think he got a chance to fight for the richest prize in sports is just beyond me.
Was he though? Olympic gold medalist & European champion at the time. He beat Mike Middleton via first round KO on his debut - incidentally the same guy Pianeta beat just before he fought Klitschko in his 22nd fight.
He was also moved into the top 15 by the WBC.
Not saying he was great, but at least he was by far the bigger man and a household name in the UK.
