I've lost family members to various forms of cancer, too. The mother of my best friend is battling breast cancer. You don't have the market cornered on cancer.

What does that have to do with your negative comments regarding the amount of money he donated? You'd think you'd be happy that more money went towards research to cure the disease your mother died from. Instead you're in here pissing and moaning about the amount of money that was donated.

I'm glad you were deeply insulted by my post. Maybe next time you'll think before you shoot your mouth off with negativity regarding something that's entirely positive.

I'm not a positive person when confronted with ******ity. Sorry, but I have a zero tolerance policy regardless of the circumstances. I don't think it was at all going overboard to react negatively in return to someone who was reacting negatively about donating to help save lives.

And yeah - Cancer is, quite literally, a life a death subject. Hence why I react negatively when people are spouting bull**** conspiracies about it or downplaying the significance of any contributions to research. I don't care if the guy donated 75 cents to cancer research - Any donation is a good donation.

We have some of the worst kinds of people on this forum! SMDH...who takes digs at a cancer donation!? I would love to be able to give homeless people $1000 instead of a couple of bucks but it's the thought. His dollar amount regardless of how big or small wouldn't be the reason for a cure to be finally discovered. There's people all across the world donating money, constantly... $1 is better than no dollars...

I give a larger percentage of my income to charities and I wouldn't consider myself generous.
