I'm no Mayweather fan, but his money is his money. How he decides to spend it is of no concern or consequence to any of us. The mere fact that he donated in the first place is a very commendable act that is worthy of anybody's respect.

Taking it a step further, users like you are solely responsible for turning this formerly awesome forum dedicated to actual boxing conversation into what it is now : A ****hole where every conversation revolves around money or negativity.

Let me break it down for you...

We have a star athlete here who is donating $15,000 to something as noble and selfless as cancer research and, instead of being respectful and happy for the families of those who are currently suffering with the disease (not to mention the brilliant scientists and lab assistants who are always in need of additional funding), you're being a negative d*ck who is attempt to turn it into something negative.

**** you and everybody who looks like you.

    Negative enough for 'ya?
Please, put your toungue out of Floyd's ass
First of all, even 100k is nerly nothing for a research company
Second, 15k would be ok if Floyd didn't mention the theme of cancer during press conference. But its embarassing and ridicioulus to give 15k after being said that problem of cancer is so important for him

My mother died from breast cancer on April 14th, 2003. It's something I live with every day of my life. EASILY the most painful thing that has ever happened to my immediate family. I'm deeply insulted by your ignorant comments. You don't know the first thing about me or my experience. Utterly disgusting. And you have the temerity to complain about the atmosphere of this forum??

my grandmother and cousin died from breast cancer and your comments are ****ing dumb. we all have some sort of tragic family deaths and for you to criticize him for donating money says a lot about you. Any sort of donation is good enough, people like you really need to think before posting. How do you now he didn't donate 6 figures prior to this donation.

Thats what I was thinking-every bit helps. You don't have to like floyd but it gets pretty sad when the criticism is about the amount of money he donated to breast cancer research.

When someone, ANYONE, donates to charity and someone else can only say: "that wasn't enough", I know who needs to have a word with themselves (a clue, it isn the donor).

Ok, idiot. Where did I "criticize" him? You FAIL. I stated facts.

I'm no Mayweather fan either. His money is his money. But that's where the agreeing stops.

Let me break it down for you...

Articles like this are ****holes to begin with, so you have to expect something you don't like. Good intentions or ignorance, you have a star athlete who dumb people look up to, donating $15,000 to another fundraising scam in the field of cancer. Think about that. Those dumb fans who have no clue what their own immune system does for them will follow his lead to the grave getting robbed and killed in corrupt hospitals, and as ****** as they are that is a tragedy. I see it all over the place and it has affected some people close to me.

Think twice before you label something negative because you just blindly and positively labeled one of the most hideous "awareness" en****** that do nothing to prevent the cause of the problem, where all the money of goodwill is intentionally spent in the wrong places, and that is far worse than what any forum poster could do to you.
