LAS VEGAS --- Floyd Mayweather talked about how his fight against Marcos Maidana on Saturday night at the MGm Grand on Showtime PPV could be his final fight.

Mayweather, who will receive a $32 million purse on Saturday, is in the third fight of a six-fight contract with Showtime, but there are days when he ponders hanging up his gloves.

Good for him. No more comebacks after this one if you mean it champ, just enjoy your family and a long prosperous life outside of the ring. You've earned that much.

Pffft, he can't afford to retire. He went broke in 18 months last time.

Dude will be fighting long after this Showtime thing. Bet on it.

Garcia, pac, Martinez/... Only people he could possibly fight and be competitive after this one. If none of these fights will take place then there's really nobody out there for him. Khans azz don't deserve a fight.

Floyd is not like a painter! His career is boxing and if he 'walks' he has no career and NO $30 + pay days and the way little Floyd spends the loot this can't happen.
This for me is Floyd just telling himself he's in control, just ask Miss Jackson!
I hope I'm wrong but I can see Floyd coming back way past his best like many before time and time again until no one any longer wants to pay...Again I really hope I'm wrong!

nobody cared the first time, nobody will care the 2nd time.

too much things to do in the world, too much entertainment options in today's world.
