If that was part of the agreement, then I see no reason what-so-ever for the MGM to deny his request -- Which they didn't!

Now that is how its done in the real world ......

But Arum, being the (entitled one) had to throw a tantrum and make a public scene, which was very unprofessional. And now as a consequence, Arum has just ignited some sort of venue war, to go along with the network war he instigated.

We can agree to disagree ....

But I hold firm, that Arum is horrible for boxing and even worst for each and everyone of his clients.
In business, people will try to walk all over you and convince you it's best to handle things "quietly" and resolve matters in a private venue. This allows them to disrespect you publicly to their advantage and save face publicly at the same time. When you "act unprofessionally" and bring up the issue in a public forum, you cause them to have to explain their actions (something they never expected to have to do) and you embarrass them. It's quid pro quo, you can't be a doormat in business of you get swallowed up.

its very logical, if the cold war ends then the interest of the boxing fans to have the best match up ever between the best and the best will come to fruition....sadly only Floyd and Shaefer personal interest is being served and not the boxing fans...these same people who do not want the cold war to end are the one who are killing boxing.....

If the Cold War ends, GBP will be as relevant as Main Events promotions because all of their fighters are gonna leave. Who would want to be promoted by a cross-dressing drug addict?

That's why Hoya is on the rescue mode. GBP is failing.

Oscar and Toprank have been doing everything to end the cold war and have their fighters on the mix in order to have a best bout ever.....but Schaefer has no intention to be part of historic event of ending the cold war...I think Floyd is the one dictating or manipulating Schaefer not to agree on plans to end the cold war, once and for all.....If Schaefer agrees, Floyd has no reason to reject a fight against Pacman....This only shows the cowardice of Floyd in facing a man that haunts him eversince....for floyd, if the cold war ends and Shaefer agrees then this will be his worst nightmares......

Arum, is like a sick old man, ranting and raving at the world because he realizes his demise is close at hand. What Arum did wasn't professional or considerate and though I didn't think it possible, it really just moved him further down on the food chain.
In other news, Floyd fans like arraamis loved when Floyd and GB lost their composure and incriminated Manny of taking PEDs with no proof..... in the public forum for years!

Yeah I'm serious..........GBP has like 15 fighters who haven't fought a meaningful fight in a year. You honestly think these guys will stick around for empty promises? There is a reason why ODLH is trying to make nice with old snake Arum, these dudes are threatening to leave and sue for breach of contract.
