The California State Athletic Commission handed down the decision today in Andre Ward’s latest attempt to invalidate his promotional contract with Dan Goossen and Goossen Tutor Promotions. The decision by the arbitrator Andy Foster, the Commission’s Executive Director, was a clear victory for Goossen. Ward’s contract, was once again, ruled “valid” and extended to November 8, 2016.

Come on Andre, maybe fight some bum in the winter then try to sue Goosen a third time and stay out of the ring another couple of years. It's time well spent during your prime.

Andre should just be able to pay off what ever his contract is worth until it expires. He should be able to pay goosen and be free of him.

Classic case of being ungrateful,and biting the hand that feeds you.goosen took Ward from being a forgotten Olympian too headlining cards on HBO,seriously who else could get him premium money for fighting against the likes of Rodriguez .
