I also think this Sterling thing is getting blown way outta proportion. The media is only playing snippets of the phone call. If you listen to the whole thing, he says he has nothing against **********. He just didn't want his side piece associating/sleeping with Magic HIV Johnson.

He is racist to some degree but so are most people. He just happened to get set-up by a gold digging b*tch and sent it to TMZ.

Isiah Thomas said that if Larry Bird was black than he would just be a good player but nobody wanted him permanently banned from the league.

Floyd said that Jermey Lin was only getting press because he was asian and black people do what he does every night and he wasn't banned from going to games.

Theres a clear double standard here

What Donald Sterling said and done should come as no surprise. People just trying to act all P.C when they are a bunch of frauds. The mistress was getting sued for embezzlement and she is just exposing her insurance claim.

Floyd is absolutely correct in trying to take this opportunity.

Also why do I sense butthurt in this thread, Pacquiao avatars? When you pay your taxes you get to have freedom over your money y'know..

So it would be very hypocritical of me to have a problem with people of other races feeling the same way.
Colour is one thing, a guy who thinks one race is superior to another based on skin tone should never represent a mainstream sport like basketball.

The fact he is ***ish and was preaching race superiority after what Hitler did to his people and how blacks, asians and whites fought in ww2 to save ***s. He wouldnt be alive today if it hadn't been for people from all over the world defending his people

The minimum absolute minimum to buy that team would be a total of $875 million, with the team valuation of $575 million and the requirement of liquid assets being 2x what the annual operating budget is...just based off the team payroll and the value of the franchise the minimum is $875 million bucks. For anyone thinking of remotely investing in buying that team you would literally have to consider it a long term investment because you ain't recouping that money anytime soon. There is no guarantee the players stick around either so in actuality you could pay $575 million for a team that may be worth just north of $450 million a year later. That team will be sold to one sole billionaire, because they don't want too many chefs in the same kitchen especially while trying to restore the confidence of it's fanbase. If it goes to a team of investors it'll have to be spearheaded by an icon of the sport to put a good face on it so my money is on Magic Johnson.

Floyd's a tom, but if he can get his hands on the clippers with a team of investors, more power to em.

Good thing the fact of you being black and having no issue with Sterling changes absolutely nothing whatsoever, he's racist and that's that; they both clearly share something in common.
To me, a racist is someone that HATES people of other races. That's not who I am. I tip black waiters and waitresses better than those of other races. I'll give a black bum on the street money, but won't give to bums of other races. I don't hate non-black waiters/waitresses or bums. I just don't f.uck with them the way I f.uck with my own.I don't know what's in Mr Sterling's heart. But either way, I think he's getting a raw deal for something he said in a private conversation with a golddigging skank that's at least 50yr his jr and is being vindictive because her gravy train is coming to an end.

You know what's funny about that line, you can youtube the same thing coming from the mouths of KKK leaders in variations of articulation. I ain't knocking you bro but I really do wish you'd re-examine that mentality but hey to each their own my brother. Don't forget my brother it wasn't just black people spearheading the civil right movement. There were a lot of latinos, blacks, whites, asians, and even ***s who got their head bashed in so that everyone could be treated equally.
