Disagree with this. You can easily make a case that Ray Leonard was more of a dog, and had better combination punching. Whereas Roy was just a straight up viper. Great combination punching as well, but Ray really sat down on his combos when he wanted.

    And against better opponents.

      Ray threw pitty pat flurries

Jones put his body into his punches

Looking good and effectiveness are two diff things...leonard couldn't throw the shots jones could when he put power on his shots were waaay slower...jones was fast and powerful with combos and singles...leonard wasnt

Also leonard was a sucker for right hands, kept left too low and didnt have jones reflexes or overall speed...leonard was aesthetically pleasing, jones was but more effective and powerful

Jones and Pacquiao are special talents, just like Mayweather is. The only thing that's keeping Floyd from being on their level is his resume / opposition faced. He has ducked so many opponents and fought so many names well past their prime that it is really hard to make a case for him.
Mayweather has won 4 lineal titles like pac, won more title fights, more title defenses, beat more champs,etc...resume wise they are equal or mayweather surpasses him

Also consider money has like 15 less fights than pac...its impressive

Not getting on pac but Morales, barrera, and jmm were past prime when he beat them....their is not one fighter in.history who has not beat past prime guys

You can make a case for that, even though many would disagree. I think I would have Roy in top 20.

If thats the case how can you have Fraud mayweater in your top 20..The guys isn't even a ATG if it wasn't for the money he would be considered a active hall of famer at best.. What has he done that others haven't?

His resume isnt good enough to be that high in the ATG list.

And he tested positve to PEDs, which means that he shouldnt be considered imo.

Name the last modern fighter to
Go from 154 to heavy and win titles .

Who thinks he loses to a cruiser before the ruiz fight ??

Name the last fighter to gain 51 pounds over a career and still be out weighed
30 pounds on fight night and win a belt ???
                      Ill wait.
(Thats like asking floyd to go weigh in at 154 and fight hopkins
At 175 and thats even to light by 8 pounds.
So to make it completely fair ,
Throw in kovalev which is closer to age as ruiz was)

Floyd wont even fight sergio or GGG at 160 or ward at 168

Name the last guy who went undefeated for 15 yrs
Who didnt duck his top 3 threats in his division .

Name me the last guy who beat 2 alltime greats in their primes
                      With ease. B hop /toney/

                      Name one guy more talented
