If you base it off of his ability and physical attributes then yeah he is I wouldn't pick most over him if you could fit him in there weight class. But resume wise jones left a lot to be desired I'm sure there's a **** load of reasons why fights didn't happen but there's fights that should be there that aren't. But Hopkins toney hill Johnson McCallum Ruiz tarver are all pretty good wins some a lot better then others but regardless they were still good fighters plus he had some decent contenders or short lived champions who at the time made noise in his division like Eric Harding for example so you can't over look those either. I think jones should be 15-30 somewhere in there realistically but if I had it my way he'd be #1 aha

I believe so, I really do. Roy was a phenomenon, one of those unique type of fighters that don't come around often. I believe that those special type of fighters deserve high spots in the ATG list. Same goes for Pacquiao too.

You not only take their resumes and accomplishments into consideration but also their very unique skill sets as well.

I have him in my top 15. I haven't taken the time to come up with an educated, well thought out list but I am pretty sure that when I do Pacquiao will definitely be very high in it.

Jones and Pacquiao are special talents, just like Mayweather is. The only thing that's keeping Floyd from being on their level is his resume / opposition faced. He has ducked so many opponents and fought so many names well past their prime that it is really hard to make a case for him.

No he's not. Plus he's still boxing.
Rating someone for just their prime is just ******.
