I already have him inside top10. By beating all these guys he would probably move just outside the top5 on my list. By how much I am not sure, as it depends what the guys he beats do after it.

If he beats Fury and Fury becomes the dominant HW champion for the next 7-8 years, then it moves him quite a bit.

Only 3 guys he absolutely can't reach are Ali, Louis and maybe Foreman.

Though IMO Wlad is fortunate to be in the era he's in because if we went back 15-25 years ago I could easily see him lose to (and some are definites) prime versions of :

        Lennox
        Holy
        Tyson
        Bowe
        Razor
        Bonecrusher
        McCall
        Briggs
        Mercer
        Rahman
        Bruno
        Ike
        Tua
        Tucker

              Really?

You've said before you don't necessarily have Lewis in your top 10.

Mind giving us a crack at your list?

Not really set in Stone, but here you go:

                  1: Ali
                  2: Louis
                  3: Foreman
                  4: Holmes
                  5: Liston
                  6: Johnson
                  7: Holyfield
                  8: Frazier
9: Dempsey, Lewis, Marciano, Charles, Norton.

I reckon that from 6 and down they could interchange depending on preference.

Liston gets in above Dempsey and Lewis and Marciano? Why? I'd love to hear your reasoning.

No way does Wlad lose to all these guys, I think the 80s was very weak for HW boxing and most of the 90s, outside of Holy, Lewis, Tyson and sometimes Bowe, it wasn't all that good.

Ruddock might give Wlad trouble, McCall with his power and chin possibly, and Ike with his ferocity but I can't see any of the other guys beating the prime Wlad we've seen in the ring over the last several years.
