I dont even know what all the confusion is about, he signed a contract, he's willing to abide by that contract, and once his contract is up then he wants to explore new options...case closed! But Arum wants to hold him hostage and make him sign an extension just so he can fight GGG, man f_u_c_k Arum, every fighter who has left him begin to make the most money that they have ever earned in the sport of boxing, starting with Oscar, to Floyd, to Cotto, and it could be Manny if he would wised up.....Props to JCC JrComment

Didn't Floyd sign with Showtime and was a 6 fight deal? Everyone in boxing is doing this, Golden Boy started it really so don't make it seem like Arum is the scum. He is looking out for his money as well, and putting Chavez in a fight against Golovkin is a lot of risk for him as well. The fighters should get most of the money but it isn't HBO or cable companies paying for all the marketing and setting up of the arena.Comment

lol JR isnt good at all, just shows u how desperate top rank is. he has a big name but gets whipped at 168. not even sure he would beat bikaComment

Good for him! I am glad that Chavez Jr. is standing up to Arum. This is the best news I have heard all day. If Arum won't make the Chavez/Golovkin fight without an extension, Chavez should simply finish out his contract and then fight Golovkin without Arum and then fight Ward and Froch without Arum's involvement.Comment

lmfao Top Rank is crumbling !!! Golovkin needs to stop ducking Ward that's all I know, his hype train will crash and burn that night. Chavez Jr refuses to be ****d unlike Pacquiao who willingly bends over for Bob with no vaseline.Comment

If Chavez is doing this mainly to start a bidding war for mainly his name only since he brings a crowd with him then why not? It's smart. No one knows the details of what his extension is offering and if he feeling it's not a good deal then that's how he feels.Comment

who gives a damn about what Guerrero is doing, we want Pacquiao to stop getting a$$ ****d by Arum, become his own boss so he can have better opponents to match up with like Floyd, Thurman, Garcia or Porter.Comment
