Didn't Manny just sign a new contract a few months ago? I don't know what being with top rank does for anybody. Only lower ranked fighters should be signing with arum, only because he keeps everything in-house so eventually the little names get thrown in with big names when no one is left. Like Pac Rios. Top rank ran out of options so rios name came up. U got Alvarado Marquez. Little names with big names.
