In essence they wouldn't be looking at him at all. But I imagine they'd care about the negative baggage he'll be brining since his antics have been made public.
Again, as I've said in one of my earlier posts, no investment group in the right mind would want Floyd as a partner if they were serious about actually purchasing the Clippers. For one he wouldn't be a major investor and two his negative press about racism would be a huge turn off for the league who would be looking to uphold their imagine by ousting Sterling.
