You will see most Argentinians with rat tails/mullets and a face tattoo on them. I noticed this a very long time ago when I watched their futbol team.

I think it was one of the commentators on Showtime that said Matthysse is a tattoo artist and gave Maidana his first tattoo. Thought it was cool.
