Having an opinion nowadays is a crime, thats my analysis on the guy, he has a fake personality and tries to hard to sell himself. Yeah we know you have 21KO's in 23 fights, Wilder has much more, but is that supposed to impress me? No.
I wouldn't be too bothered if it weren't for his demeanour in the Soto post fight interview where he started going off at Malignaggi. Like I said its easy to sit here and say "TS" is xyz and so but take 15 mins of your lives to look through his interviews and you will the side I have this dislike for.
And for the insensitive moron who said who cares about the kids I worked with, I cared because they're no less important than some hyped up boxer.Comment

I'm reading you loud and clear, brother - he's a fake! His persona is so easy to see through, some eejits will fall for it. To be fair I though he came on strong in the second half of the interview and made a bit more sense, was a little more sincere. I don't mind boxers doing what they have to do to sell themselves, it's just that there's very little truth in Thurman's character - like you say, he's trying too hard. His acting is worse than some lower-end WWE wrestler.Comment

There was nothing ****y or disrespectful about what he said in this interview.
We need young starts like this in boxing, who wanna make the fights the fans wanna see and not afraid to fight the best opposition and put there 0's on the line instaed of protecting them and dodging the best fighters in there prime.
We need young stars like One Time and Canelo who aren't afraid to test themselves and fight the best and he rehabilitate boxings image with casual fans.Comment

People who LACK CONFIDENCE always hate the ones WITH CONFIDENCE and they are quick to mistake it for ARROGANCE!
If Fighters Don't Like His Confidence...DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! GO SHUT HIM UP! But not many fighters are trying to do that, instead they want to pretend like he they never heard of him.
We speaking or posting rather, from a FANS POINT OF VIEW, Thurman is speaking from a FIGHTERS POINT OF VIEW! NO FIGHTER should be submissive to another fighter especially one in his Division and one he is trying to chase down and may one day try to defeat
He is a Welterweight so he should want a shot a Mayweather, he should be calling out Porter.

dude. hate is not good for your heart. cut it out your coming across as the opitome of a hater. Many people come from a mother who works 9-5, you see it, I see it and so does the world. It makes no difference. His attitude about being able to KO anybody and everybody is what pisses me off. People talk **** here n there but this guy has a serious case of verbal diarrhoea.
I don't fall for that BS "I came from a bad upbringing man, my dad used to toss off into a sock in front of me man" I worked with children with extremely horrendous backgrounds who are now very successful grown adults never did they try the sop story of being bought up from some ****ty background.
He is overhyped and overrated, when he fights a serious contender and if he puts on a good fight I will rate him, till then I will hate his guts as he is just another hype job.
thurman is a beast. im not a fanboy of him or nothin, but thurman is a beast. he talks like he can knock everybody out because its possible he can. he has 23 wins and 21 knockouts.Comment

He has to believe in himself because he's in this business. He still has a lot to prove and he's probably taking a page out of Ali's and Mayweather's book. This guy is a freakin' boxer, not a politician. Who cares about his personality. I just like to watch him fight and I love his style.Comment
