And also his foot positioning. He's not gonna be in position to land as cleanly against a guy like Manny. You need to have a counter puncher/combination punchers mentality to truly be effective against Manny.

You have to be ready to spin, pivot, angle, block, then explode with a ta ta ta type of combo. Instead of Lucas' way, which is, stalk, stalk, stalk, BOOM BOOM.

And yeah, I might be nitpicking a little, but Manny is truly elite. I'm not sitting here saying Lucas would never land a punch on Manny. I'm saying the shots will be too far and in between to truly affect Manny. You have to remember what type of firepower Manny brings to the table, and the time under defense that Lucas will be under to let his hands go, and not to mention the amount of movement, angling, pivoting, etc. he will have to use to apply that power.

I like both guys. Would be a fun fight, at least early on.

After Pac gets his rhythm down, he pretty much batters Matthysse and stops him late. I don't think Matthysse can take the same punches Rios did for twelve rounds.

Mattysse always has that puncher's chance, but the majority of flush punches Pac ever gets hit with are usually counters, and Mattysse is no counter puncher. Pac is more cautious at this stage of his career, which not good for a guy like Mattysse.

saying Angulo is a better fighter than Molina because Molina was never given the opportunity to fight a world level opponent is a very flawed fucking arguement

you can say angulo was a more proven C-level fighter, but to say Molina "isn't at the level of Angulo" is bullshit and you're just being a hater, its obvious
Lol never given the opportunity? For what? Molina has never really beaten anyone to get the opportunity. Seriously u are talking to the wrong dude. Molina isn't at the level of anguko because he's not that good. It's quite easy to see or understand. Aside from his power he has zero dimensions to his game. Lucas struggling with him makes Lucas look bad doesn't matter how u try to slice it. Stop getting ur panties in a bunch over it. Angulo may not be that good either but he's certain better than Molina. Abd that's clear to anyone who actually knows these two fighters. U wanna go around calling ppl haters because u wanna ****ride, go ahead. Won't change the facts tho.

Pacquiao wins a UD in a tough fight for both men.

I'm picking Manny. Matthysse loses by UD. Of course Manny will have to be careful of that power especially that overhand right. Too bad its not 09 Pac, Matthysse would be badly battered and stopped.

Angulo is clearly a better fighter who himself ain't shit, Angulo at the very least can put his punches together and direct his punches right on target. I mean you would think it's enough that he fought competitively with Lara where as Molina got schooled by Lundy until catching him, you would think that's enough of a barometer but nope

I'd have to go with Pac too . . . Just too much for Lucas. But Lucas stands a punchers chance (as you'd expect)

why you have such ****/insulting names for these two great and entertaining fighters in your poll?
Maybe I should just refer to you as 'dumbass OP'. At least unlike your titles for them that would be accurate

Lucas by a mile and running.

Better chin? Lucas Matthyse has a better chin, Garcia and Molina are much harder hitters than Bradley and Marquez. Marquez slept Pacquaio and Bradley lifted Pacquiao off his feet and had his face filled with a look of constipation when he hit him to the body. He took hits from a Molina that have life changing/fight changing power and kept fighting to knock him out.

Boxing skill? Lucas Matthyse skill with boxing is much more responsible than Pacquiao. His jab is much better, he doesn't lunge forward and knows how to trap his opponents on to the ropes or direct them there. He has shown to catch fighters backing up as he shown when he caught Garcia with a shot tht knock his mouth piece out and Molina using his height but still got hit off angles.

The only thing Pacquiao has is speed but a flat footed and telegraphed punching Bradley tagged him. Matthyse punches are much more heavier and quicker.

Lucas Matthyse gets Pacquaio out of here especially when Pacquiao gets sloppy and desperate.
