it's hard to say he dominated. It was even going into round 8 because of the kds. The rabbit punch shouldn't have been a kd, but it's hard to complain since the machine lands a lot of those.

He got surprised. I think he figured out that trading wildly wasn't the best strategy and when he set-up his punches molina couldn't really do anything to neutralize it. After he stopped engaging wildly, Molina stopped having the opportunity to his the machine clean.

It was a tougher fight than anticipated, but nonetheless an awesome win. Molina was having the fight of his life (just like DSG), and Matty came up with the W.

if you call that a dominate win all i can say is get help...........beaten face, puffy swollin eyes, bruised face. getting countered by the same shots for 7 rounds. apart from the fight being a good war lucas looked like trash tonight against Molina (who was stopped in 2 rounds by darmarco) not only that but molina was moving up in weight.........this was a hard fought tough tough victory for lucas (make no mistake about that) how on earth was this A dominant performance. now it would be different if you said lucas had his dominant MOMENTS in the fight. but this was NOT a dominant overall performance..........

          what in the **** whooohahahaha

Great fight, they both got some damn good work in.

I wish Lucas would use his jab more, its such a weapon when he uses it. He really does have a very good underrated jab for a little guy.

I thought he got better as the fight went on, he tightened his defense and set a real pace & I was real impressed by his combination punching especially. He looked a lot more fluid in his combinations then he has previously. He did a great job of bringing those uppercuts into play.

The guys conditioning is phenomenal. He took some real punishment in that fight and fought at a ridiculous pace and was throwing non stop. Bombs with real bad intent, 5-6 punch combinations as his confidence grew.

I can't believe people call him hype, limited and such, he is a tremendous fighter with such a high ceiling.

Really good fight, Matthysee looked faster than usual.
                Indeed it was.

Great fight. I agree Matthysse did dominate the fight from round six on. Molina won four rounds early, two of which were because of the kd's. But even then I never got the impression Molina was in control. I'm thinking we may see a Garcia rematch and I would pick Mathysse to win even though I picked Danny in the first fight.

I like Lucas but he didn't dominate. I would even go as far to say he had a rougher fight than expected with an average ESPN fighter. Not the Matthysse we were used to seeing a couple years ago. Will he get back to the top? I don't know, but time will tell.
