yes ofcourse he did, it only takes one decent shot to set the trigger against this ukrainian bum, look what (mhrip)corrie sanders did...long range shots..arms right out on extensions before the girl can push or hug and he loses EVERTIME.
i will give the klit one thing,,one thing and that is his piston like jab..similar to the great larry holmes, other than that....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The irony of a hater. If you gave Leapai a shot, then you should give Wlad a lot of credit for dominating the hell out of him.

Or if you knew what you were talking about, you would've realized Leapai had zero shot to win that fight.

I didnt say it was Wlad's fault, what is so hard to understand about this? My point is, stop acting like it was some kind of 'masterclass' or classic performance when the opposition resembled Fat Dan off ESPN.

Also, it's ironic considering people were trying to take something away from Hopkins domination of Shumenov last week because of how unskilled Shumenov is. At least he turned up in shape and could fight for 12 rounds.

IDK who is worse between Leapai and Shumenov

Wlad and Hopkins are both known for making their opponents look worse than they are though, to be fair.

Just re-watched the fight. Admittedly I was intoxicated when it was live. Pure target practice for Wlad.

Leapai showed heart, but was really a slow moving punchbag. Wlad tried to get him out of there early - detonating big right hands - and it was a lovely KO finish.

Yeah. Dude who got thoroughly outboxed and outclassed by Chad Dawson is going to have a shot against a Klitschko. LOL these people, man. Smh.

Why do boxers always chase Wlad around the ring? Notice how Sanders liked to step back and let Wlad come to him, and look what happened.

well there is a huge difference between 2003 Wlad and this one. Almost like they are not the same fighters.

TT didn't chase him at all and tried to set something up. It's not happening. Wlad is so much faster then most of them. Haye survived due to his speed, which is incredible even for CW but even he didn't outspeed Wlad.

Wlad might be a bit boring at times, but he perfected his style that it works against any other style. He fought all possible styles, short, tall, come forward, ambush, southpaw, speedy, slow, punchers, guys on PEDs... and beat them all.

Thompson's first fight against Wlad wasn't bad. He just didn't have the athleticism to capitalize on his strategy. If the much younger Wilder plays that game, at least he has some attributes in his favor: longer reach, speed, and of course power.

Wlad is just so accustomed to his opponents coming forward, I want to see something different for a change.
