Froch is going to be very hard to beat if he stops using weights - rock-solid chin, rock-solid punches, swift reflexes, swift combinations. Weigh-training is slowing him down dramatically, but he'd still be very hard to beat even if he carried on using weights (due to his natural confidence, chin, power). He's a puncher, but he's trying to get rounds under his belt. Nobody has put him under pressure yet, what's he going to be like then? When he's in the trenches, then you'll see him let his hands go. When he's forced to punch, you'll see his power.

Like Junior Witter, it's hard for Froch to get motivated for poor opposition and so he can be prone to bring it down to their level. If Brian Magee beats him, Froch will go on to become world champion. He probably needs a loss, IMO.

The guy looks lathargic at times, but just when you think he's mediocre the guy goes and lands three left hooks in a row so effortlessly.. and you realise that he's just pure class.

So all he needs to do is quit lifting weights? ( I was so ****ing close to saying the same thing)

Juyjuy you need to face facts here, there will never be another Mike Tyson-you need to wake up and realize that your boy Froch has more Bert Cooper in him then Iron Mike.

Keep in mind the above giberish I wrote was basically stolen straight from your previous posts...you should probably stop posting now.

Yes, that is all he needs to do. He says he does a lot of squatting, deadlifting and clean and presses as heavy as he can, and this is definately slowing him down. He's gradually got slower and slower in his last four outings, it's no coincidence.

He's the only British fighter to ever win a medal at the senior world championships, and he did it without taking training seriously and he did it with his hands by his waist - and he floored his semi-final opponent in 30 seconds.

He knocked out Rubin Williams in 30 seconds in October 2000 in the England vs USA match in Liverpool then Jeff Lacy faked an injury and went home instead of fighting Froch. True.

Conspirathy theorist huh...who killed Kennedy? What do you think is really behind AREA 51? What does Dolly Parton's chest look like?

Lacy is lucky he pulled out Froch may have ended his career that night, at least we can agree on that pal.

Froch is boring to watch and thoroughly unlikeable he is going to emerge into another Eubank type character.

Lol, I'm looking at Lacy's amateur record and I see that he lost to Brian Magee at the Muhammad Ali Cup. That's bad.

I forgot that losing an amateur bout is the end of your professional career. Remember Lacy fans, being a title holder and undefeated means **** if you lost as an amateur....

You know what's bad? That picture of an off balance Chris Eubank in your signature.

Calzaghe would knock him out at 175. Lacy beats him up in one round at 168.

Calzaghe is a 200lb man these days.
