you don't get it don't you??? i mean i think i made it easy for you. i want you to explain me the logic of you (khan fans) demanding a rematch aginst garcia (a guy that TKO khan badly) but rejecting the idea of a rematch with marcos (a guy who give khan hell and made him ran like a bitch). why khan deserves a rematch with garcia but chino doesn't deserve one with khan?

Good post. I was thinking along the lines of who the top guys are, since you asked. You're right (at least at the present time) that those match-ups aren't likely due to promotional issues. Hopefully that'll change in the near future. These beefs benefit no one.

I think Maidana beats Garcia at 147. Just my opinion. Thurman and Porter, however, are tougher to predict. In the end, the welterweight division is so stacked -- and now Matthysse is looking to move up, too -- that I don't see Danny having the same kind of success he did at 140. We'll see soon enough.

Oh there's no doubt that danny can be beaten by any of those guys. But I think he would have a shot against any of them besides mayweather. I too would like to see these golden boy-top rank matchups but who knows when this damn Cold War will end.

Danny's proven me wrong on at least a couple of occasions, so it's tough for me to count him out anymore. I'm obviously not perfect with my picks, but I find it very difficult to imagine that Garcia would have a real shot with Manny. I think Bradley would be too much as well. JMM can get old any minute, so that one is a conceivable win for Danny. And, although I believe Maidana would triumph, I wouldn't bet the farm on it.

There seem to be some stirs in the promotional realm. We've seen them before. I have a feeling that TR and GB are drawing closer to another attempt at reconciliation. We can only hope....
