Common misconception. The splits he has commanded versus his recent opposition lends him to get a much higher percentage and likely all of the ppv revenue (with the exception of Canelo). Manny would command a higher split, ppv sharing and add Arum's involvement and it eats into his take so it's conceivable he wouldn't make as much as he did for Canelo.

When you're fighting a 12-1 underdog you'd look every bit as good as a professional. But when it's 2 pound for pound slugging it on the ring you expect tactical exchanges that might not seem pretty. If Floyd fought Pac, Floyd would be running for dear life it will look even sloppier.
