I've noticed in the past few high-profiled Las Vegas fights, such as: Marquez-Bradley and Pacquiao-Bradley II, the state of Nevada has banned the use of Vada testing in their jurisdiction. It's like they are no longer authorized or recognized by the NSAC.

Bradley took VADA for both fightsComment

I didn't know that. To my knowledge, it was brought up as a potential deal breaker, in the Marquez fight, as Bradley wanted it but Marquez refused it. However, Tim took it but Marquez didn't.
Eventually, Tim relented once he agreed, with the executive director of NSAC at the time, Keith Kizer proposition for more stringent random urine and blood testing done by the state of Nevada itself.
Now as far as the Pacquiao/Bradley II bout is concerned; While it's probably true that Tim took it, I may be wrong but I don't believe that there was any random or stringent urine or blood testing of any kind in his contract with Pac. Therefore, it wasn't mandatory and I don't think that Manny tested for VADA at all.Comment
