Are you guys slowly becoming Floyd fans? Like the English did once he knocked out Ricky Hatton. As some of you know I work in Vegas. More and more I'm seeing Latinos from all over America and mainly Mexico come out to the fights. Before the fight they always root against Floyd but after the fight. I ask my clients about the fight and why did they come? They always respond with I knew Floyd was gonna win but I still wanted to come. A lot of them openly tell me they think no one could beat mayweather. They go on about fight weekend is always the best when mayweather fighter. They love the craziness and the partying that goes on. I also see a large group of ppl who was rooting for Floyd Saturday wearing Mexican flag money team shirts Sunday. So are you guys quietly becoming may weather fans or nah?

Umm what does that even mean? I'm saying the say guys who go to the fight to see him lose. Spend 30 40 50k sometimes up to a quarter mill to party where he parties after the fight. So it has to be something there.

I knew who they are hating Manny. Manny fights even against Marquez brings out no one. It's so calm on fight day no energy no buzz no whales at the tables no big time bottle wars in the club. Even when Floyd fight a no name Guerrero the city is filled with buzz so much excitement in the air. It's a really life movement. Granted they all are saying the are rooting against mayweather. Yet these same major players come out and set this city on fire time and tiime again. If you haven't witnessed it you should come one of these times. It has to be more to it for them wanting to see him lose. It's pandemonium. After the fights these guys aren't mad or upset the go out and party and say how good mayweather is.

you're trying too hard. fightfans may say they know floyd's going to win or they know no one's going to beat him, but it doesn't mean they're fans.

can u explain to me how a floyd fight means craziness, partying? so vegas is put on hold only until floyd has a fight? or does floyd go out of his way and throw all these crazy parties that i have yet to hear about?

I've been a fan of his. Even before he turned into this persona of him being a heel. IMO, people believe that they'll be witnessing history with him so maybe that's the reason they're tuning in. It's not everyday or every fight that you see an era's best perform. I think people are realizing that this guy is certainly one of them.. By people, I mean casuals and the Hispanic fan base that might have rooted against him in the past.
