He didn't start GBP, but its not like GBP growth was all Oscar's doing. Oscar is the smiling face of the company that shows up at press conferences, being political, makes the sales pitch to prospect boxers and is a glorified sales man. Honestly Richard is the one dealing with all the behind the door issues such as promotions, contracts, venues, investors, networks, PPV, managers, etc. Richard is the bad (but necessary) cop to Oscar's good cop.

It looks to me like Oscar is the third wheel, GBP fighters are mostly signed with Al Haymon. Haymon and Schaefer got a hold of that stable.
