Yes Canelo was guaranteed a minimum of 5 million. But he was getting an upside of the PPV's which when it tallied up he earned over 12 million.

All of Floyds opponents take small minimums but take a % of the PPV's. Essentially they're ********. They can take a larger guarantee but take no % of the PPV, or take smaller guarantee and hope that PPV sells.

Schaefer is such a little angry brat. He has gone from out of the public eye, to in it, to annoying, to really annoying, and now he's EXTREMELY annoying. I still have the feeling that Richard Schaefer & Al Haymon are going to move their services/fighters to Mayweather Promotions when this is all said and done. That's what it seems it's coming down too and sorry, but Oscar has no reason to be throwing his weight around. He just supplied the name, Schaefer puts in the real work.
