It's not even that, is that it was actually offered, and declined. Arum said no to the offer and then said it was never offered but was then put on blast by the retired judge who mediated the whole thing.

Mayweather got 19 days cut off in that fight.

Speaking of the Maidana vs Mayweather, can anyone please ask Maidana or anybody in his team if they're conducting tests in this fight, via twitter, facebook, email, anything? If so, how was it done? How many blood tests has USADA taken and what dates, etc. This should not even be kept secret considering it involves a guy who claims to be the MLK of clean sport.

There was no 18-day cutoff to accept. I'll be back in a few hours when it hits 10 pages.

This is also false, in the same negotiations Team May offered 14 day cut off, Floyd had agreed to 50-50.

                  Lots misinformation here.

USADA imposed their own cutoff date 18 days leading up to the Mayweather vs. Mosley fight. Why did Mayweather not call off the fight?
